Cancellation/Refund policy

We have a very flexible cancellation/Refund policy. If you cancel 24 hours before your tour date and you pay on our site, we refund everything except around 3% which is the CC processing fee that our platform charges us to allow our guests to pay online using a CC. They don't refund that to us. If you cancel 24 hours before your tour date and you pay via PayPal or Zelle, we can refund 100% back to you. If you cancel the day of your tour because of your ship not docking or we can't/don't operate the tour, same as above applies. If you cancel the day of your tour and your ship docks and the tour is able to run, we refund everything except $40 or 10%, whichever is bigger. This is to cover our fees, the transport mobilization and tour guide (who would be waiting for you at port).
